Inbjudan till medverkan i ett rättsnätverk mot diskriminering

För den som har drabbats av diskriminering och rättighetskränkningar i Sverige finns små möjligheter att få upprättelse. Diskriminerings-
ombudsmannen (DO) driver få av de ärenden som anmäls. DO har klargjort att DO riktar in sig på att driva praxisbildande ärenden. Utöver fackliga organisationer driver mycket få andra aktörer rättsprocesser gällande diskriminerings- och rättighetsfrågor. Det innebär att de flesta som blir diskriminerade idag inte kan få sina ärenden prövade i domstol.
